Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 13, 2026 · Last Updated: April 13, 2026
Analyze AI (“Analyze AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website tryanalyze.ai and the Analyze AI platform (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to all users of our Service worldwide.
1. Overview
Analyze AI is a B2B SaaS platform that helps marketing teams track brand visibility, traffic attribution, and competitive intelligence across AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and others. To deliver these capabilities, we may connect with third-party platforms and services on your behalf through integrations you explicitly authorize.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: name, email address, company name, job title, and password when you register.
- Billing Information: payment method details processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Support & Communications: messages, feedback, and files you send us through support channels.
- Configuration Data: tracked brands, competitor names, prompt lists, and integration settings you create within the platform.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, click patterns, time on page, and session duration.
- Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and access timestamps.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: see Section 9 for details.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations
When you connect a third-party account (see Section 5), we receive only the data scopes you explicitly authorize. For each integration, you can view and revoke permissions at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Integrations.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Specifically:
- Deliver the Service: run visibility tracking, generate reports, surface competitive insights, and attribute AI-referral traffic to your website.
- Authenticate your identity: verify your account through email/password or third-party OAuth sign-in.
- Communicate with you: send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, product updates) and, only with your consent, marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Improve & personalize: analyze aggregated usage patterns to enhance features, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
- Prevent abuse: detect and mitigate fraud, spam, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal obligations: respond to lawful requests and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. Google User Data
Analyze AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4.1 What Google Data We Access
When you connect your Google account, we may request access to the following, depending on the integration you enable:
- Google Search Console: search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, average position) to correlate traditional search performance with AI-referral traffic.
- Google Analytics: website traffic and session data to attribute visits from AI search engines and measure conversion impact.
- Google OAuth (Sign-In): basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) for account authentication only.
4.2 How We Use Google Data
- Google user data is used exclusively to provide and improve the user-facing features of Analyze AI that you have activated.
- We display your Google data within your private dashboard. We do not share, publish, or expose your Google data to other users or third parties.
- We do not use Google data for serving advertisements.
- We do not use Google data for retargeting, remarketing, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google data except where (a) you give us explicit consent (e.g., for a support request), (b) it is necessary for security purposes, (c) it is required by law, or (d) it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
4.3 Storage & Protection of Google Data
Google user data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access tokens are stored securely and are never exposed in logs or client-side code. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as described in this policy and in compliance with Google's Limited Use requirements.
4.4 Revoking Google Access
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Integrations in your Analyze AI dashboard. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Upon revocation, we stop accessing new data and delete cached Google data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

5.2 Principles Governing All Integrations
- Minimal access: we request only the permissions (scopes) necessary to deliver the specific feature you activated.
- Transparent authorization: you see the exact permissions before granting access through the provider's OAuth consent screen or API key configuration.
- Revocable at any time: disconnect any integration from Settings → Integrations. Upon disconnection, we stop pulling new data and delete cached integration data within 30 days.
- No cross-sharing: data from one integration is not shared with another third-party provider unless required to deliver the feature you requested (e.g., sending a Slack alert about your Google Analytics traffic).
- Provider policies apply: each third-party integration is also governed by that provider's own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review them.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support tools) under strict contractual data-protection obligations.
- Authorized Integrations: third-party platforms you explicitly connect, as described in Section 5.
- Legal Compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Account data: retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion to allow for recovery.
- Usage and analytics data: retained in identifiable form for up to 24 months, then aggregated or deleted.
- Integration data: cached locally only for the duration of your active integration. Deleted within 30 days of disconnecting the integration.
- Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
7.1 Requesting Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] or by using the “Delete Account” option in your dashboard. We will process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion via email. Some data may be retained where required by law.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Access controls with role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication for internal systems.
- Regular vulnerability assessments and dependency audits.
- Logging and monitoring for unauthorized access attempts.
- OAuth tokens stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage — never in logs, URLs, or client-side code.
While no system is 100% secure, we continuously review and improve our security posture. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to [email protected].
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: required for authentication, session management, and security. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the Service (e.g., page views, feature adoption). You can opt out of analytics cookies via your browser settings or our cookie preferences panel.
- Preference cookies: remember your settings (dashboard layout, timezone, language).
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not participate in cross-site tracking networks.

10.1 For EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents
We process your data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering the Service), legitimate interests (improving the Service, preventing fraud), consent (marketing communications), and legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.
10.2 For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any future sale (though none occurs). To make a verifiable consumer request, email [email protected].
11. International Data Transfers
Analyze AI is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate.
